Shipping policy

Hiker’s Apothecary Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
All subscription boxes are handcrafted and carefully packed to ensure the best quality. Boxes ship out on the [15th] of each month. Orders placed after the [10th] will be included in the next month's shipment.

Shipping Costs:
A flat shipping fee of $5 applies to all subscription boxes. 

Delivery Time:
Once shipped, your box should arrive within 3-7 business days via USPS Mail. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your box is on its way.

Currently Shipping To:
We ship within the USA. At this time, international shipping is not available.

Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your box arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at hello@hikersapothecary.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Changes:
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Address updates must be submitted by the 10th of the month to apply to the current shipment.

Returns/Exchanges:
Due to the nature of our subscription boxes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you experience any issues, please reach out to us at hello@hikersapothecary.com, and we’ll be happy to assist.
