Returns & Refunds Policy
Subscription Boxes
Due to the nature of our subscription boxes — which are seasonal, curated, and packed in small batches — all subscription box sales are final once they have shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on subscription boxes.
That said, if your box arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@hikersapothecary.com, and we’ll be happy to make it right.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your box or any item inside it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are personal-use items and often include consumables and body care, the following items are non-returnable:

Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where:

an item arrives damaged or defective

an incorrect item was sent
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Cancellations
Subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next billing or shipment date. Once a subscription box has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
